# Engage Network Requirements

### **Engage SOC Display** 

### **INTERNET (NETWORK) REQUIREMENTS**  

For the correct operation of a ZetaDisplay device, we have the following requirements:  

-   A properly working internet connection, at least 1024 kb/s downstream and 256 kb/s upstream;  
-   **Outgoing** network traffic should be possible to the following ports and server addresses:   
    -   \*.core.windows.net, port 80 and 443 (http/https);  
    -   \*.zetadisplay.com, port 80 and 443 (TCP/IP & UDP);  
    -   \*.ntp.org, port 123 (UDP).  
    -   \*.azure-devices.net 443/tcp 
    -   \*.azurewebsites.net 443/tcp 

All incoming network traffic can be blocked as **all traffic is initiated by the player**.   
  
Address this information to your local network administrator or ISP if something is not working or something has recently changed in your network.

### **Samsung Remote Management** 

If the device will also use Samsung RM, the following connections must be allowed. 

Remote management for the Samsung Tizen monitors: 

7001-7002/TCP / Samsungrm.zetadisplay.com
