Playlist Layout Cheatsheet

The standard layout for the Engage CMS is:

• Landscape 16:9
• Landscape 16:9 + ticker
• Portrait 9:16
• Portrait 9:16 + ticker

16:9 Aspect Ratio: This is the standard widescreen format for most modern displays, including TVs and computer monitors. The ratio means the width is 16 units for every 9 units of height. It's typically used for video content, as it is the most common aspect ratio for HD videos.

Ticker: This refers to a scrolling text display (like a news ticker or information bar) that usually runs along the bottom or top of the screen. It often shows continuous updates or information, like headlines, stock prices, or announcements.

So, a "16:9 + ticker" layout means you're working with a standard widescreen display (16:9) that also includes a ticker (a scrolling line of text), typically at the bottom of the screen.
